Err, that was a pretty stupid post, on my part. Even as a weird joke. Sorry.

Non-sweet ... hmmm, I'm really into pretzels right now.

And chilli bites (which is a kind of biltong from south africa) - the only problem is the chilli bites I love the best can only be bought from Kidds Beach. I just don't have a few grand to blow on a plane ticket.

I am also a sucker for cup ramen.

They remind me of jerky - but so much better.

Man, we are from all over the world. Heh, I suppose that means we eat a lot of things that might seem odd to other people.

Don't discount the fact that we may all just be odd and our location has nothing to do with it. Wink

Maestro has awed me with his wisdom. He has harnessed the infinite mysticisms of the universe.

Yeah - Maybe we're just all odd... I live in NZ and am trying to hunt down Jinro Plum Wine from Korea ... it's hard too

I hate it when stores do that (for any kind of food)!

I've been eating egg rolls (both chicken and vegetable) that come from the deli sectino of my Wal-mart. I was in another town Friday for a doctor's appointment and was going to pick some egg rolls up. They didn't have them. Or to be more precise they had them but they were a different brand and smaller (for the same price). Sheeze. Sad

The deli section, they're not made there. They're shipped to them already made (and frozen actually), but they put them in a refigerated case so they're sold thawed. Only takes 90 seconds per egg roll in the microwave and they're quite good. Much better than any I've tried from frozen food sections actually!

They don't top the nice ones I had a Vietnamese resteraunt. Those were thinner than normal, longer than normal and had a lovely crunchy crust. On the flip side though I couldn't eat those at the moment, they're too chewy. Smile

Okay, that's slightly different... I had bad thoughts of sandwich engineers mucking about and trying to make an egg roll.

*munches on BLT*
